If you come to the Sierra de Aracena, you may be attracted by one of its most precious specialties: ham. Jabugo, the town where this house is located, is the capital of the Iberian ham. Here you can taste and purchase this exclusive product. Jabugo is also known for its microclimate from which not only the curing of ham benefits, but also its inhabitants. Due to its good roads, this town is an hour and a half by car from Seville and the Atlantic.

The main construction is made up of masonry and rammed earth walls, with logs slabs and covered with rooftiles, the ground floor was protected against humidity with bricks. Its most distinctive feature is the roomy interior storage spaces, as well as the fact of having two floors that can be renovated in its full extension. It also stands out for the generous terraced back corral, which allows creating different environments in direct connection with nature and with exceptional views of the natural environment of Jabugo. Being part of urban land, this property has access to every service needed for a residential use.

This house adds to our series of unique projects carried out to highlight the possibilities of intelligent renovation. In this specific case, we have chosen to make use of the urban plot, making the house grow towards its corral, thus allowing a level connection with the upper terrace. On the ground floor, the maximum openness and transparency of the home is pursued, seeking a better integration with the corral. The light tones of the proposal look for a bright house with simple lines at all its levels.

Both the plans of the renovation and the preliminary economic study are available to the visitors interested in this house. You can contact us by following this link , we will be happy to show you house crialo.
