The terrains are located in the municipality of Alájar, next to the Peña de Arias Montano. Nearby is the vibrant town of Alájar, where all kinds of events, concerts, and markets are regularly organized. Aracena, the capital of this immense nature reserve, is about 15 minutes by car through splendid views, winding roads and the captivating Linares de la Sierra. Seville airport is only an hour’s drive away and is obviously well worth a visit.

The house, whose surface area is 57m², needs to be renovated. The total surface is larger because the house has a rural attic (“doblado”). Among the trees on this terrain are olive trees, cork oaks, and holm oaks. You can create a vegetable garden here or simply enjoy the views of the green hillsides bathed by the sun.
