Cortelazor is one of the most charming towns in the region. Its narrow streets, nestled in between fields of holm oaks and cork oaks, make this a quiet and inspiring town. Not surprisingly, every year painters from all over the country travel here to create paintings of the streets.

The property is a traditional construction, known here as ‘majada’,  made with masonry walls and covered with a tile roof, on a fenced plot with a dry stone wall. It stands out for its open views to the surrounding space, the expressive shape, and the remarkable urban presence.  From this plot, you can see nearby mountains covered with thick vegetation.

This house joins a series of unique projects carried out to highlight the possibilities of an intelligent renovation. In this specific case, we have chosen to highlight the exceptional landscape scene, in a relationship that multiplies the limits of the original building. The history of this humble labor house invites us to respect the honesty that its rustic masonry walls give.

The autillo house has already found new owners, but we would be delighted to show you similar houses. You can contact us by following this link, we will be happy to show them to you.
