The Acentor house is located within a small district of a district of Santa Ana La Real. Therefore it’s part of a small group of no more than thirty houses nestled on a hillside next to La Corte

The house has a traditional construction of masonry, mud walls and logs. Its most unique feature is its curved facade, which lends itself to an expressive architecture. Inside, there is a sturdy fireplace built in the corner. It offers the possibility of having views on the town and the mountains covered with vegetation.

The house has three rooms that can be unified into a studio/loft. Currently, it doesn’t have facilities, but it’s located in consolidated urban land, so the connections can be made with relative ease.

This house joins a series of unique projects carried out to highlight the possibilities of an intelligent renovation.  Although the urban planning regulations allow the construction of two floors, in this specific case we have opted for a low-cost renovation in accordance with the scale of the house. Using custom-made furniture to create maximized open space living.
