A town like Cortegana offers the comforts of a small city located in a natural setting. With the advantage that the Abubilla house is located on the outskirts of the town, close to the surrounding fields and trails.

It is a traditional construction of masonry, mud wall, and logs. It has architectural details such as the arch of the central corridor and the hydraulic tile floors in good condition. But undoubtedly its most unique feature is its open patio overlooking the town and the mountains covered with vegetation.

The house has a living room, a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, hallway, patio, and an attic. Currently, it has a basic electrical installation, but it doesn’t have a water installation.

This house joins a series of unique projects carried out to highlight the possibilities of an intelligent renovation.  In this specific case, we have chosen to highlight the longitudinal axis of the house, opening spaces and focusing attention on the views of the rear facade

Both the plans of the renovation and the preliminary economic study are available to visitors interested in the house. You can contact us by following this link, we will be happy to show you the Abubilla house.
